- DOES PERMANENT MAKE-UP HURT?
Thru the process we apply aenesthetic gel multiple times to minimize the discomfort, although it is a fact that permanent make-up is done with needles on the face so it’s not a delightful process, but totally worth it considering the results.
- HOW MUCH DOES IT SWELL OR TURN RED AFTER THE TREATMENT?
After we finish the tissue will instantly start shrinking and calming down, and usually takes up to 2-3 hours to regain the original form and color. It has absolutely no side effects for example, the vision won’t be influenced after an eye treatment at all.
- HOW DO WE CHOOSE THE RIGHT COLOR AND SHAPE
We decide it completely together. The client tells her ideas and I’ll provide her with professional advice. The shape of the face and the color of hair, eyes and skin will help us make the right decision.
- WHAT IS THE TOUCH UP AND WHY IS IT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED?
It is a second appointment minimum 4 and maximum 12 weeks after the first appointment. The reason of this appointment is to refresh the treated area and make it more vivid. It is important because the skin might drop out a small amount of pigment, this is totally normal while the skin is healing and we would like to achieve perfect results.
- WHAT SHALL I KNOW ABOUT POST TREATMENT HEALING?
After the first treatment you will receive an after care cream, designed to help the healing of permanent make-up. You should use it for around 10days after the treatment 2-3 times a day. Please avoid scratching and/or using of make-up near the tissue. After the touch up the rules are the same as mentioned before.
- DO I NEED TO SHAVE/WAX MY EYEBROWS BEFORE THE TREATMENT?
No! We never do anything like this, we don’t harm the natural brows because it has no effects on the results, and permanent make-up has no negative effects on the natural hair either.
- WHAT KIND OF ALLERGIES COULD CAUSE TROUBLE?
The most common is latex, lidocain and metal, although these don’t mean direct exclousion, but please always tell me if you have any kind of allergy.
- HOW LONG DOES PERMANENT MAKE-UP STAY IN THE SKIN?
It is up to several factors: the age of the client, commonness of sport and/or tanning and the speed of metabolism. In general the results are vivid for around 2 years before fading starts.
If the client is pregnant or in the period of lactation then permanent make-up is not recommended due to hormonal changes, but it is up to own responsibility
- HEART DISEASE/DIABETES
These qualify as serious diseases so pre treatment please always contact your doctor for permission. Turn special attention on medications! If the doctor approves that’s a green light.
